Great benefits, 401k, paid vacations, and a tool allowance. All you have to do is fix A/C. This place just wants you to fix units right the first time. Not to complicated

Cons

Company trust new hired techs that they can fix units and pays them what they ask. Then when the tech can’t fix anything they blame the company and not themselves.

Pros

Reasonable pay, guaranteed 45+ hours a week, neutral work environment.

Cons

Constant turn over between technicians, management and office staff. Once you are on the radar you don't get off and can be let go at any moment without notice or opportunity to improve. Expectations are know exactly how to do your job within the first month or get out. When someone gets let go everyone else has to pick up the slack with no information on when a new dispatcher will get hired. Active managers will push everything off to dispatch position, therefore you are basically your own manager. Seems like a double edged sword when the only goal is to hire warm bodies constantly to fill the chairs then corporate will come around and say we need more experience personel and get rid of them all. Hence the revolving door analogy.

The staff are a great bunch of people

The are like robots , they tell them what to do and say ,, and the have microphones all over the building to hear what is being said ,,,,,so be careful what you say
