      Pros

      Great place to work and grow. Your held accountable, so just follow the rules and fix it right the first time. CMS wants leaders, they won't hold you back and you can go as far as you want. I know guys that started as techs and became, ASM's,RSM's and operation managers. It's tech driven, and team oriented.

      Cons

      It's not a 9-5 job, they are an Hvac/r service provider. Equipment failure is not on a 9-5 schedule, and seasoned tech know this.

      Great company to work with

      Pros

      CMS is a good company, it's got a large structure so you do have to actually work. You are looking out for your guys in the field. You will work long hours in the summer and it is stressful but that is the industry. If you aren't working long hours in summer your company isn't doing something right.

      Cons

      The only thing is the long hours but you get paid for it. So it's not really a con.
