Pros

Tons of overtime if you want it b/c they cant keep people so there is always a back log of work to get caught up on.

Cons

Extremely unprofessional environment, very negative, not a positive atmosphere where you can feel happy to come to work. Profanity and vulgarity is the normal...and management sets that tone and it just trickles down. Turn over is very high, people either quit or get fired. I would not recommend this place for positive or professional people....you're not what they are looking for!

No time for family,benefits suck, field management is the worst. Sent some cheesy service tech to do my interview. Everything he told me was a lie.
