The pay is good for a reason.

Cons

Too many cooks in the kitchen. Everyone thinks they are a boss at this company. I've never seen so many job titles! Their terminations in 1 year are in the couple hundreds. They act like they love you but are scheming behind your back. They are workaholics with no work/life balance. Most of the staff are Salary workers; this is purposeful on their end. Breaks are frowned upon and if you contest anything in the company, they will make up lies and find a reason to get rid of you.

They have cheaper benefits due to size of employee pool.

Cons

They do not value their employees. They do not care about work life balance. The moment you speak out against all expectations after regular business hours they terminate you and replace you. HR is not an employees advocate and are only present to assist with termination without legal repercussions.
