Recently reformed leadership team is experienced, sharp, personable, and down-to-earth. Strategically focused, making long-term investments, and increasing transparency. A delight to work for/with.

Cons

A lot of change in the past 18 months that is disruptive to some. But the recent round of changes are from this new leadership team who is making change for the better.
