I felt like the management team at Nextiva really tried hard to make it a good place to work. There were lots of little perks around the place, and a lot of talk about working together, working hard for the customer, etc. I felt like that really tried to put their money where their mouth was too - it was the first job I had been in where this whole 'one team' type thing didn't feel require like rhetoric.

Great environment to work, they give tons of benefits and hire people from all walks of life. There is never a moment where one is not learning new things either about the company. My manager took the time to know what my goals were and gave opportunities for those goals to grow.
