I wake up every morning and look forward to the day working for such a great company. This job pushed me to be who I am today and I learned how to embrace people who were different than me. I would highly recommend Nextiva to anyone.

Cons

Pros

I am really happy with my new position at Nextiva. The first role I had wasn’t right for me but I worked with HR and they helped me transition to a new team. A much better fit for my skills and goals. It’s great they’re willing to be flexible like that.

Cons

The pay is good and there are lots of perks that make up for it. I think it’s partly due to being new and in a commission related role so that’s a transition thing and should get easier as I build up my experience and time on the job.

The coworkers were all very creative. Managers were very easy to get along with. Culture is excellent and everyone is looking out for each other. I would recommend working for Nextiva like my life depends on it!

Cons

Truly enjoy working here so far. It is a unique environment unlike any other company. Management is very friendly and everybody can progress internally,
