Pros

The group of people I work with are great -- smart, funny, hardworking. I have no complaints. There is always someone available to help if you get stuck on something. So, while the work is challenging, you’re not alone when you’re doing it.

Cons

The work is really tough. There have been some long days -- especially with COVID.

Good work-life balance

As a working mom it’s important to me to work for a business that values balance so I can pursue my career and have a life outside of that. I can do that at Nextiva.

Cons

Nextiva hasn’t got a very formal process for performance reviews. They’re irregular.

Pros

Nextiva is an amazing environment for learning on the job. As a manager I get to see how much people grow and it’s really rewarding to be a part of it. The confidence and passion that I see everyday in the team is so cool and really unique. Lots of positive vibes!

Cons

Sometimes there is change that doesn’t make sense to me. Lots of moving pieces and parts make it difficult to always understand why the change in direction. However, I do trust the CEO and the executive team know what they’re doing so it’s not a major problem.
