      A Great Company Company Making Another Leap

      Pros

      Nextiva has always been a great place to work and put a lot of time and money into the employee experience, but one of the biggest draws has been the potential the company has shown for years now. I believe we are just now turning the corner and seeing all of that potential come to fruition. With the rollout of new products and processes, as well as the introduction of great outside leaders that are embracing the company culture, you can see and feel an exciting chapter begin. A couple of the significant improvements: -A very clear vision and strategy from upper management. There has been more transparency and communication that there has been in the past, which has very empowering and exciting. -A terrific new comp plan that is very achievable, has growth potential, and excellent multipliers. -The release of a game changing product suite that allows us a huge differentiator from the rest of the market. This is all in addition to the amazing support, employee benefits and perks, and fun atmosphere that has always been present.

      Cons

      There is definite work hard, play hard atmosphere within the company. For a most, this will be seen a pro, but some might not be used to the speed and high expectations of working at a company growing so fast. The culture centered around winning and everyone works hard to bring that success to their team and the company.

      Fun environment for Inside Sales Strong leadership Great product set with expansion to SaaS Strong commission plan Food and ice cream!

      Space seems limited in the building Benefits could be stronger Leads could be more abundant No other comments on the cons

      Worst Training I’ve ever experienced

      I sat through training for a month or so and it was so unorganized and inconsistent it’s not even funny. The recruiter said it was all “hot leads” and it turned out to be leads that are up to ten years old that have been called probably over 100 times and they want nothing to do with nextiva...but they were so vague with training they give you minimal product knowledge and then throw you on the phones and say make 150 dials. There was no structure to the training and it was one guy managing 50 new hires...worst sales job I’ve ever experienced
