A highly talented and responsive team that executes vision quickly. The 6-12 month outlook is very promising. There is a huge opportunity for top performers to make a career-defining impact in a saturated industry that is ripe for disruption.

Pros

Nextiva's team consists of very talented people across the business. I feel empowered to do my best work and there is a high level of autonomy to own your area. I've enjoyed my first 6 months and I'm looking forward to all the great things ahead. Personally, I'm excited for the Amazing Bowl coming up. I've heard great things about it from many people in the office.

Cons

I've noticed that there's a real effort to improve communication across the business since I joined. No company is perfect, and communication is often a struggle everywhere I've worked. But leadership has made major efforts to improve all aspects of the culture and atmosphere and it's amazing to see how much has improved in my first 6 months here.
