      We've had some struggles recently with execution of key projects, but all the right steps are being put in place to course correct.

      Pros

      Amazing company to work at - the culture is unlike any other. The people are some of the most competent, caring people I've ever worked with. When any group has issues, there's not shortage of people willing to rush to your side and help. Nextiva does things differently. We're following our own path, and not the blueprint set out by someone else. Sometimes that's not for everyone, but the freedom and autonomy to make real change, to own work and deliver, is truly unique.

      Cons

      Our hybrid work model has has some ups and downs. Personally, I prefer coming into the office, think there's a lot more energy when people work together. Remote optionality has made collaboration more difficult, but that's also indicative of most workplaces.

      Nextiva is a company that works hard to uphold its core values. Dedicated to customer service first, we continue to push for new ways to improve not only our product but the overall customer experience making it a truly unique culture that genuinely values people. With consistent growth year over year, Nextiva has a tremendous amount of upward mobility and prefers to promote from within. All team members have valuable feedback and are encouraged to participate and share upstream. I've recommended Nextiva to many people who have developed long term careers and will be here for many years yet to come.

      With rapid growth and technology-based products comes rapid change. This can be challenging for some who are not used to a fast-paced race for success.
