      Pros

      I’m able to contribute to our success and am heard when I have ideas. I work with lots of passionate and talented Nexties. The leaders especially the CEO care about our team, our customers and the future for all of us. I feel very fortunate to be a part of it.

      Cons

      It’s not for everyone but that’s ok since we have high expectations of everyone we work with.

      Pros

      Nextiva was hands down the best job I ever had. Amazing leadership on the marketing team (Chris Reaburn, Yaniv Masjedi). They truly cared about you as a person and provided the right mixture of coaching, guidance, and autonomy to help me grow as a marketer and as a person. Colleagues were also supremely talented, hard working, and collaborative. Solid company perks and culture overall. I truly enjoyed coming to the office every day. Also had excellent compensation, regular raises, bonuses, stock opportunities, etc.

      Cons

      Not a con, but just know that Nextiva is not the place for a cushy 40 hour week. It's a place to go if you're looking to be challenged and work alongside other highly motivated A players. It's not for everyone.
