      Pros

      Nextiva is going through a "renaissance" of sorts, so many high impact projects you can sink your teeth into. Literally low hanging fruit everywhere. If you're a builder looking to grow and advance your career, would highly recommend joining. The perks are great too with unlimited vacation, 401k matching, and a new mentorship program kicking off recently.

      Cons

      The company had some issues with too much process years ago but they realized the mistake and corrected their direction. Now is a great time to be a Nextie, so much opportunity.

      Pros

      It's in an high-growth industry. There are plenty of smart people in the business. The reliability of the phone service product is great. The office in Arizona is very nice. Nextiva is one of few brands in this space and I think the future is bright.

      Cons

      The progress that Nextiva is making and the change in org design is what's been needed. I've seen the change in culture and atmosphere over the past month. 6 months ago, I couldn't have given Nextiva 5 stars, I'd rate it a 3. But what I've been seeing and the momentum has me convinced that Nextiva's best days are ahead. The channel program isn't where it used to be. It needs to step up.
