Pros

I would categorize this as the most difficult job I've had and the best job I've had. There's not a typical day at work and I get annoyed with lots of things, but also see Nextiva from another perspective. That's why I'm here and want to stay. It's growing all the time and I've worked with fantastic people.

Pros

Nextiva is a great company, innovative and growing but always changing. The people you meet there are some of the best ever. it's a very close-knit community of young adults. The company also tries its best to make the work environment fun

Cons

Pay and communication. Company pay is extremely low in comparison to the national average and even in the area. In this position money is supposed to be made up by commission but the goals are extremely hard to reach and there are a ton of hoops to jump through to get what you earned. Many people on the team frequently don't earn commissions or hit bonus opportunities. Management also changes the commission structure frequently and without notice on the fly, making it harder and harder to get that carrot on the stick
