Pros

The biggest positive is Nextiva is NOT a woke company. Too many tech companies identify their employees by color, race, gender fluidity, but at least they don't buy into that garbage. Lot's of good teammates, and rank & file employees trying to help clients.

Cons

Don't expect to be paid your commissions when you leave. They hide a forfeiture clause in the comp plan, meaning you are screwed when you quit unless you time your departure perfectly. The product has serious issues. Most employees don't even adopt the same video or messaging tools they are selling to businesses. The company is trying to be an enterprise solution, when it's really a small business software platform. The client relationship managers work super hard to retain the clients, but the products and tech support are so bad, the customer churn continues no matter their efforts. Many talented people do not stay long.
