      Pros

      Great people to work with. Autonomy. Cool conference. Saw the company grow in 2016. Fun company party. NexTV. Lots of people in the office have been here since the early days. Career growth opportunities. Support cares about the customers.

      Cons

      Difficult to keep track of what's going on in other parts of the company. But nothing aggravating.

      Pros

      There are so many reasons I love my job at Nextiva. The people who work here are awesome. This is a place to work hard but also have fun. We run contests and have special events all the time. The coaches are constantly helping and if you follow their coaching you will be successful. The company has a program called Nextiva Cares which helps raise money for many charities. One of the best things is you control your paycheck. There is no limit to the amount of commission you can make. The culture is all about the employees and their success. The companies growth and future plans keep me excited about my future.

      Honestly I don't have any. This has been the best job I have ever had!

      Pros

      Very relaxed atmosphere, easy to talk to C- level and upper management

      Cons

      Senior sales reps with ten year receive all new incoming sales calls, the way In Which incoming calls are vetted out is not fare. Don't expect to make a salary to live off of for 6 months. I was the first out of training and number one new rep.
