Nextiva has been an incredible place to work. I appreciate being part of a company that empowers employees to move quickly, make decisions, and innovate. There is a strong cultural focus on leveraging AI across the business, from building internal tools to enhancing products and using LLMs in day-to-day tasks. The energy and hustle of my colleagues motivates me to raise the bar every day. For SDRs/BDRs in particular, Nextiva offers one of the best promote-from-within cultures I’ve seen in my career. There is a clear and tangible path to becoming an AE within about 1–2 years, and I’ve already seen multiple XDRs earn promotions in just a few months. The culture is also genuinely fun. Company-wide events, creative tournaments, and team gatherings make work enjoyable and help build strong connections across the organization.

Cons

The hyper-fast pace won’t be for everyone. At times the rate of change can feel chaotic. Personally, I thrive in that environment, but it may be challenging for those who prefer more stability. Like many companies, we’re working through CRM data issues, particularly around duplicates and cleanup. Improving this will make the sales environment even more efficient and productive.

- generous benefits (401k + match %, good health insurance) - the company is constantly innovating; lots of opportunity to take on new projects and level up your skills - catered lunch 2x/week in AZ office is nice - smart people to work with across the board

Cons

if you are looking to coast or take it easy, might not be the right company. it has a startup feel that can be tough if you're used to slow moving environments
