      Pros

      There is a lot of room for growth as the company continues to expand. There are a lot of markets and partnerships that the company is looking at, and is continually looking for new ways to grow the business. Opportunities are given to make you successful, and there is potential to make a great salary, if you are willing to work hard. Office culture is great, and includes a lot of amenities.

      Cons

      As the company is growing quickly, sometimes they can be more reactive than proactive to situations within the industry.

      Pros

      I have been with the company for 3 plus years and throughout the growth and expansion they have kept their employees needs at the top of the list. Great atmosphere, good pay, great place to work. Excellent room for growth on an individual level.

      Cons

      Rapid growth can create a hectic environment and shaky roll-out of new processes.

      We're growing fast, but I feel we can be growing faster. We're a calculated company and the reasons always make sense, but I do believe the market opportunity is huge right now. We can disrupt even more.
