Nextiva's company culture is amazing. Nextiva cares about people, and believes we are our company's greatest asset. People are encouraged to have 'personality', and also encouraged to discover how unique strengths can be used to be a part of the solution. Nextiva is growing very quickly, and so it is very exciting to be a part of the organization at such a 'young' age.

Cons

A 'con' is actually a 'pro' - There is a large learning curve when starting at Nextiva, and so the first couple of months are challenging, but also very exciting in that you get to learn something new daily.

Pros

Motivational environment, the culture is so amazing that it makes you want to improve every aspect of your life. Time off is easily approved, they bend over backwards to make their employees happy!

Cons

Potential to improve on the training process, however, you are prepared once on the floor.
