      Great company with very good job work/ life balance.

      Hard to say but none. What you see is what you get. If your not happy ... its probably your own fault.

      Pros

      I hadn't worked with these types of products before so it was great to get in and learn about this area. Learnt so much, and was really impressed with the level of support and training I got.

      Cons

      A business that is growing fast and adapting as much as possible; if you are similar to me and like routine you may find it a challenging environment at time Advice to management: I thought the leadership and management team were really good at making an effort to know everyone and be as open as possible with us about what they were doing.

      Pros

      Never stressful and always a pleasure to go to work. The management is always helpful and willing to assist if needed. The company gives the employee a good chance to grow in different areas thats qualified.

      Cons

      Everyone is treated fairly there with the level of respect, trust and independent.
