Unlimited PTO, benefits, free lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Cons

Leadership doesn't listen to employees anymore. Pay below industry standards. Constantly moving the bar and changing job duties. Trying desperately to move up market but packing the quality product and support they need to do so. No work life balance.
