      The people are great! Because of the fast-paced culture you will get a ton of experience.

      Cons

      Often the desire for speed and quick results means that work ends up being good enough and not scalable.

      Good place to go if you want low self-esteem

      Pros

      Trauma bonding at its finest, great people to work with while your soul is crushed and you await the next leaked layoff list

      Cons

      There’s a “culture” team that makes things more toxic and will likely reply to this post with false platitudes. You’ll work from the moment you wake up until the moment you fall asleep, and when you wake up, you’ve already missed two meetings that were scheduled while you slept. The product development lifecycle is completely Sales led because Sales sells functionality that doesn’t exist. Oh, and no one in Sales lasts a year, so those recent reviews are going to be disgruntled in a few months.
