Pros

There are more Pros than Cons to working here. The people are great and management cares. I was always met with a supportive boss that wanted to ensure we worked on anything that was a challenge but also celebrate my wins. This company is growing and will continue to thrive.

Cons

Growing pains can be tough and when there were decisions needed to change and how this was communicated was difficult. There have been leadership changes since I have left and hear that it's on the up swing.

My direct manager was great.

Cons

Leadership doesn't care about lower level employees, work life balance is not cared about, communication is awful. PTO time is not really PTO. If you are not available on every weekend or PTO you are looked on as a not dedicated employee.
