Filled with good people but some are more inexperienced than others

Pros

Good people, non-corporate environment, dog-friendly and sometimes you get a free lunch after meetings.

Cons

Filled with inexperienced younger people who have never or forgotten about business practices and SOX compliance. Over-worked and underpaid in a tough industry these days. Most people are heads down because of the work. Business systems processes are tribal knowledge to those who have worked here longer. Local employees are slowly being replaced by outsourcing to India. Lack of company-wide cohesion with departmental silos. All in all, if you can withstand the stress and urgent unreasonable deadlines, you might just survive the current Trumpenomics affecting the industry.
