Pros

Solid sense of camaraderie, helpful managers, great communication between departments, rewarding results, hard work is appreciated and recognized, and positive work/life balance is encouraged.

Cons

Busy projects in a booming industry, delays in getting certain information from Logistics due to COVID-19 and container shortages across the globe, etc.

Pros

Great team, lots to do, fast paced to keep it entertaining (but not crazy hours most of the time like other Bay Area companies). Also lots of ownership - I view this a pro, some may view it as a con. Cool product as well.

Cons

Salary + Benefits are pretty good, but compared to other engineering at Big Tech in the Bay (Facebook, Google, Apple, etc.) a little lackluster. Rigor of work is on par with Big Tech, but salaries don’t match. No stock options / vesting schedule.
