Finally found a company that genuinely cares about their team and shows it. Everyone is known by name, company recognizes efforts publicly of all, opportunity for certified training courses is provided for those that wish to take it and most employees have been promoted over time.

Cons

They look for you to prove through performance that you are interested in promotions. You work hard because the industry itself is so demanding.

Close to Chick-fil-A, there is literally nothing else positive about Nexus. I would be shocked if the company was still around in a year.

Cons

Horribly run, lots of empty promises, horrible time off allowance for employees, no room for advancement, no opportunity for growth.

Health benefits are decent, but still not worth it.

Cons

Turn over is incredibly high. Your job description you sign is meaningless. Compensation extremely low. When new employees are hired, they will be given higher salaries than current employees with years of experience. Promises of advancement are continuous and yet non-existent. Unless you are one of the select favorites, you are nothing but cogs in their wheel.
