      I have been with NexusTek for over 10 years. When I started at NexusTek, I had a recently come off a negative experience with another company. During the first few months I found myself viewing NexusTek through this negative lens. Once I rid myself of the head trash and took ownership for my own goals, actions and behaviors I realized that my attitude was what mattered. Since that time, my experience at NexusTek has been fantastic. As a company, NexusTek has continued to work hard to keep high quality benefits at a reasonable cost and reward team members who show loyalty and dedication to the company mission. Bowling nights, monthly team dinners, challenging work environment and more! You get out of NexusTek what you put into it.

      Cons

      What organization doesn't have cons? Regardless of your workplace, there are negatives. NexusTek is a professional IT services organization. In the service business things will go wrong. It's how you handle it. NexusTek has experienced tremendous growth over the past few years both organically and through acquisition. This creates change. Change can be very challenging and create turnover. NexusTek in the past year has installed key executives to help manage this change and take NexusTek into a new chapter.

      Violates Colorado Labor Law (social media)

      Pros

      A great place to collect a pay check and look for another job. The executives new and old suck.

      Cons

      So worried about culture they exclude people. Cliches and in crowds. The leadership lied to all of us when the bought our company. And the new executives are worse than the last ones. You think those of us on the floor will tell you the truth. Duck and cover is the game because lying is yours.

      Clearly, accusations of violations of the law are something I take very seriously. I personally investigated this claim, and there is NO company policy requirement to link personal LinkedIn accounts to NexusTek, nor will I allow one to be created. We do, however, send a link to employees' NexusTek email address to gain access to our LinkedIn Learning account (which NexusTek pays for). This allows them to gain access to tailored LinkedIn Learning training content. Please feel free to send me any previous written policy to the contrary, and I'll be happy to set that record straight. I want people on our team who are excited to put NexusTek on their LinkedIn profile, and have worked hard since arriving August 1st to change the culture to one that recognizes people. I'd be happy to sit down with you one on one and have a constructive conversation about why you feel that's not the case. Feel free to stop by any time.
