Micromanage your every move. Poor salary for work done. Bonus structure is confusing until you sell and then you find out its horrible.

NexusTek appreciates all feedback and we always strive to make ourselves better. Regarding this specific review, we have not had any turnover in our sales department in quite some time and the comments above does not match our current sales department structure.

Pros

Fast paced, growing company. Moving in the right direction. Cutting edge technology. Cares about their clients and their employees. Good compensation, salary, expenses, 401k, etc. Excellent place to work now that some of the bad eggs have left!

Cons

Work life balance can get out of control if you let it. There is always work to be done. Don't expect management to tell you NOT to work extra hours, but it's also not required so you have to find and maintain your own work life balance.
