      This company definitely values the people that work for them. In my experience with NexusTek, I have seen the leadership and other colleagues adhere to our Core Values as a company and that's not common.

      Cons

      I haven't experienced any CONS at this time.

      Positive changes and career progression

      Pros

      If you are seeking a company that is committed to progress and innovation, this is the place for you. They notice employees who work hard and want to grow in their career and are encouraging of that growth. Prior to the pandemic WFH was an option and I'm guessing close to 90% of the employees don't work in an office. No mass "back to office" has ever happened. They understand it works best for a lot of employee's personal lives. I've felt comfortable going to upper management with ideas and have always felt welcomed. Benefits are good, especially for a company this size. 4 weeks of PTO, 401k match, short, long term disability, etc.

      Cons

      None. In my 5+ years we have gone through a lot of change associated with any business and have felt it's been handled well. It's been a great place to work.

      Pros

      Mature remote work culture made up of talented team members originating from various companies making one NexusTek that is always finding ways of making IT easier for our clients

      Cons

      None that come to mind and hope the embrace of change continues and only wish I had joined earlier
