Competitive salaries (in Tech positions) People who work here are ones that come to do the job, their ego and politics is not their main concern, which makes it great to work with them. From VPs to Juniors. The company does not believe it high-level events, it focus on volunteering, and enjoying a modest celebration in the different holidays, during work hours The kitchen is full of food you can really enjoy, many different types of Healthy snacks with some unhealthy ones Different cheese for your morning bread spread Many vegetables and fruits And also simple Kornflex

Cons

Conference rooms are not enough and when you need to make a work call it is really hard to find a quite place to take it if you didn't reserved a room in advance The advertising business is in a low point, the company is profitable but is not reaching it's yearly goals which reflect back in bonuses and raises The company had grown a lot in the last two years and it is still finding it's way as a big company that needs big processes, this can cause frustration
