A great place to learn the latest in ad tech. Leadership & managers offer flexibility, especially if you get your work done. Currently hybrid.

Cons

The compensation (pay & benefits) could be more competitive, however job stability is good, therefore you must consider everything. D&I initiatives seem to always be WIP, but HR is putting in effort to improve.

There are no managements who have responsibility for global holistic product set Products are not localized to work in every region, lack of training for each region (no product managers understand or have responsibility to make sure whether it works in each region) No transparency on Sales budget (no visible tracker that Commercial can track, only find out in 2 months after each Q)
