I worked with some of the best team members I've had in my career, that pushed me to be better every day.

Cons

There was too big of a push to sell new business into well-established accounts where it wasn't feasible, or would go against the overarching account strategy. It wasn't until I put my 2 weeks in that the company offered to significantly increase my salary and bonus.
