No cost of living raise and only a 3% merit raise this year, so I'm making at least 5% less than last year due to inflation. Some employees are leaving and receiving significantly higher compensation at other companies. New CEO is bringing in a lot of new upper management and it looks like you must be a minority to qualify.

Salary is not competitive compared to colleagues. Impossible to maintain talent. No longer the solid utility.
