      Pros

      Good pay, nice schedule if you value nothing else.

      Cons

      Tenured employees are allowed to neglect their duties and play on their phones, gossip instead. Newer employees get thrown under the bus for not being able to stay busy, not having what they need. Mandatory 60/72 hour work weeks during the summer so that seniority can have their PTO.
