      Pros

      -Higher pay than most companies in area. -Easy to move up in company if you show competence of job. -2,2,3 schedule is nice.

      Cons

      -Management does not show enough appreciation for employees making the product, each plant is different. -Insurance is not that great. Not accepted or does not cover much -No incentive to make better numbers.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is the biggest issue—long hours and high expectations make it difficult to maintain personal time. Burnout can become a real risk if boundaries aren’t set early.
