      Pros

      Great team that wants you to develop your skills as an employee and as a person. The company wants to develop a pipeline of talent and really invests in you as a person.

      Cons

      Difficult building situation right now, but new headquarters are set to open in 6 months.

      Pros

      Good culture. Hands on work. Appreciation for extra efforts. Very well developed internship program which may lead to fulltime position if shown proper effort and learning curve.

      Cons

      Decision process is little slow. Long lead times for getting new parts for project. It might feel lot of work if you are not used to working efficiently.
