      Great employees & culture

      Pros

      Talent Development team was a great team that worked to support each other and the initiatives for the Inter Program and rotational Development Programs. Culture and interaction with other teams makes work more social and enjoyable outside of your responsibilities.

      Cons

      No major cons besides when the company moved to on-site scheduling requirements at 3 days/week; enjoyed more life flexibility when hybrid schedule of 2 days/week. Promotion/pay raise opportunities can be scarce from others that I used to work with unless you are really valuable to a team and you force the issue by looking elsewhere for higher pay/promotions.
