      Pros

      Hiring process went fast and in the beginning everyone was nice.

      Cons

      Unfairness when it comes to driver discipline. Does not follow all of the DOT rules. Just enough to get by

      Good money for entry level, but at a cost of your mental health

      Pros

      Great benefits (although expensive) Decent pay for entry level They pay for you to get certified in many things if you desire Job security/seems stable

      Cons

      Little to no support from management Poor training structure for most positions- especially warehouse Little to no positive reinforcement- mostly only negative Claim opportunities for advancement but not really accurate Negative environment - bad for mental health People w/poor work ethic & unprofessionalism get away w/everything but the people who work hard & remain professional get micromanaged They don't fire people who need to be fired b/c they don't want to deal with the headache of finding a replacement People who violate code of conduct & go against policies get away with it (People "looking out for each other" even when it's wrong) Problems and issues get swept under the rug if it makes them look bad, they just ignore it
