      Pros

      - Liaison on projects; you get see how other positions are worked and what their work entails (positions in sales, engineering, procurement, marketing, etc.) - The work is repetitive, you know exactly what you are coming into for work every work day. - relaxing and friendly environment - flexible schedule - manageable work load.

      Cons

      - repetitive work - have to communicate with customers/sale team; to which, they may not anything about what they are request...turning a 10 minute call into a 1 hour and 30 minute meeting call.
