      Pros

      -Good opportunities for young professionals to learn but you definitely will have to "pay your dues" when it comes to work/life balance - Great employees: Everyone is welcoming and positive

      Cons

      - Pay: Definitely more competitive elsewhere and really tough to get raises once your salary is set - Benefits: PTO Policy is really outdated and they aren't very flexible outside of it (0-6 year IC Employee = 10 days, Manager = Unlimited)
