Couldn’t ask for better group of people in the HVACR group. Managers are great. Runs smoothly, exciting work. President and upper management are good people.

Cons

It’s a Busy job it can make you tired of you don’t keep proper boundaries. Holding yourself accountable for work/life balance is important. But that’s true for any job!
