      Pros

      The company is large so there are many different groups and roles that allow for movement within the company. The campus is very nice and has lots of walking trails. Most of the workforce is older (40s-60s), but are friendly and kind. As an entry level worker, the pay is very competitive. I love how the Japanese culture is such a large part of the company and how employee opinions are valued by top management. The work life balance is excellent here as well.

      Cons

      The building is very old and the campus is located in a dangerous neighborhood. In a large company, you do not know many people outside of your immediate division.
