The people you work with are very capable and always willing to get the job done.

Cons

Lower salaries than average, benefits are kind of behind, no flex time, nothing is ever good enough for Japan

Good benefits and story but heard they (like people) will be disappearing to 'hit the numbers now!' This time of year, keep head low. Good growth with acquisitions and pay for it with savings and jobs.

Cons

Getting way more isolating, negative, political, unfair, always been aggressive. Not for everyne Gotten worse in the last year. 'Drinking from a fire hose' is not a positive no matter how many times you say it. Heard it was not ok to say 'sorry', just dont do ti to begin with. '40 reprimands before 1 praise', kinda weird culture.
