      Savings program is good, you can save double than the average in other companies, however still is your own money.

      Cons

      Poor management, too few resources, always overloaded of activities, not open to hear from their employees, not PDCA thinking, always reacting to customer escalations, not investing on new technologies, new lines are launched with the same weaknesses as current lines, not objective on employees evaluation and salary increase assessment.
