      It's a nice location but is miles from civilisation.

      Nearly all 'managers' are straight from college/university and are so locked into the Emerson/Nidec way that they can't see further than the end of their noses. Due to them being fairly young too they have no interest in developing staff, just climbing further up the ladder themselves.
