Pros
Everyone has a chance for advancement if you want it and work hard enough. First place I've ever been that gave me a chance to become anything beside just a worker. Most of the employees get along pretty well but its a factory. Vacation and PTO time as well as good benefits like medical, HSA, vision, dental and 401K plans. Overtime is always available if you want it.
Cons
Management doesn't treat valued employees like they are valued. They hear what you say but don't want to listen. They complain about part quality at meetings but it is hard to have quality parts when they have molds that run like crap. So they often make it feel like it is everyone else's fault. They do not have a competitive pay scale so it is hard to keep people and often run short on people, which makes it harder on everyone else.
