A very competitive salary for fresh graduates. Application of theoretical learnings for electric motors in the commercial engineering department. Nagamori is very clear about the company's path.

Cons

Since this is a BPO, employees are night shifters. Career growth is slow and has narrow career path. The evaluation of promotion is based on tenure, not based on skills.
