      (1) You will have good, hardworking co-workers. (2) It is a good place to gain work experience as high turnover will guarantee that you have to learn many roles and learn them quickly.

      (1) Business policies (how to work with customers) change frequently. (2) Sales targets are constantly moving. (3) Sales department is undermanned for work load. (4) Little concern for work-life balance.

      Company uses and abuses the workers labor grades are widely off it’s very much a “good ole boys club” Human Resources protects workers they shouldn’t never mind having relationships with floor workers

      Cons

      Almost everything is bad. Old machines that barely work, more leads and supervisors than workers, the pay is low, and you can only go far here if you're rubbing elbows with the higher ups.
