      Pros

      Great benefits, great atmosphere, and excellent leadership. You get the benefits of working for a larger, well established company while still feeling like a close-nit team. In HVACR people are passionate about technology. People who've gained a lifetime of knowledge about motors enjoy taking time to teach the younger people. This shows that growth and looking to the future is important to Nidec, which is a great for people just getting into the industry. Everyone here has great work ethic because this job is fun and exciting. There is also a cafeteria on campus. Additionally, the hiring and training process was smooth.

      Cons

      I hope they don't move the St. Louis office off the Emerson Campus.
