      Pros

      Nice coworkers, semi relaxed workplace. casual Fridays, occasional doughnut.

      Cons

      management really don't pay attention to anything but the numbers and it has gotten worse over the years. Seems to be no one held accountable no matter how bad things go. A lot of finger pointing.

      Good Benefits. Easy commute. Nice location

      Cons

      Like working in an office of 20 years ago. Utilized old JDE system. Maintained manual processes. Employees were former factory workers moved into office. Poor cooperation among employees.

      Many good people here, but egos were big and could get in the way

      Pros

      Stable with good products and seemingly good vision. There are some incredible people here. There were a wide range of challenges and room for growth and personal development. Benefits were pretty good as well.

      Cons

      Communication between departments was often lacking. Some big egos would get in the way and/or cause a toxic environment. Management would sometimes play along with this instead of trying to solve it. In some cases, new employees were not correctly trained for the systems and processes necessary to do their jobs correctly.
